Binding Agreement

These Terms of Service establish a legally binding contract between you, the user, and Morvoria. By accessing or using this platform in any capacity, you signify your unconditional acceptance of all terms herein. If you find any term unacceptable, you must immediately discontinue all use of Morvoria.

Platform Purpose and Limitations

Morvoria operates exclusively as a social casino providing entertainment through simulated gaming experiences. We do not facilitate real money gambling in any form. Our platform exists entirely separate from the gambling industry and maintains no connections to real money wagering operations.

All virtual currency, credits, points, or other gaming elements within Morvoria possess zero monetary value. They cannot be purchased with real money, exchanged for real money, or converted into anything of tangible worth. They exist purely as mechanisms for entertainment.

Acceptable Use Standards

Users must interact with Morvoria in a lawful and respectful manner. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to reverse engineer or decompile any software; using automated tools, bots, or scripts; attempting unauthorized access to restricted areas; interfering with platform functionality; and engaging in any conduct that could reasonably be considered harmful to Morvoria or other users.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content on Morvoria—including software, games, graphics, text, audio, video, logos, and trademarks—is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by Morvoria or our licensors. Your use of the platform grants you only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal entertainment purposes.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of Morvoria without our express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.

Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous availability, Morvoria is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or accessibility. The platform may experience interruptions due to maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances.

Liability Limitations

Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from these terms or your use of Morvoria shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the platform—which, as Morvoria is free, equals zero.

User Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Morvoria and its operators from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the platform or your violation of these terms.

Termination Authority

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Morvoria immediately, with or without cause, with or without notice. Common grounds for termination include violation of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, and conduct we deem harmful or inappropriate.
